- Consultation and Measurement: All bespoke suits require an initial consultation and precise measurements taken by our experienced tailors. A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment and begin the design process.
- Design and Fabric Selection: You will work closely with our tailors to select fabrics, styles, and design details. The final garment will be crafted based on the agreed-upon specifications.
- Pricing and Payment: Prices for bespoke suits vary based on fabric, complexity, and design. A detailed quote will be provided after the initial consultation. Full payment or a significant deposit is required before production commences. Payment plans may be available upon request.
- Fittings: Multiple fittings may be required to ensure a perfect fit. Please attend all scheduled fittings promptly. Significant alterations requested after the initial design approval may incur additional charges.
- Delivery: Estimated delivery times will be provided at the outset of the order. These are estimates and may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. We will endeavour to keep you informed of any significant delays.
- Returns and Refunds: Due to the highly personalised nature of bespoke tailoring, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on completed garments unless there is a demonstrable manufacturing defect or a significant deviation from the agreed-upon specifications. Any concerns must be raised within seven (7) days of receiving your garment.
- Customer Satisfaction: We are committed to your satisfaction. If you have any issues or concerns with your bespoke garment, please contact us directly so we can address them.
5. Disclaimers
The Website and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Savile Row Bespoke makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Website or the information, content, materials, or products included on the Website.
